Course for aspiring Professional tasters of the ONAOO

We are pleased to inform you that today Friday 9th October, our General Manager Massimo Bianchi and our Quality Control Manager Simone Peirano have passed the technical Course for aspiring Professional tasters of the ONAOO, the National Organization of Olive Oil Tasters, obtaining the Certificate of Physiological Eligibility to taste virgin olive oils.

The course took place from 5th to 9th October in the headquarters ONAOO via Tommaso Schiva 29 in Imperia, and provided a combination of theory and practical lessons in oil tasting and recognition.

Another target reached for CLAS, confirming its full attention to the knowledge of and the purchase of olive oil, an essential ingredient for the production of its pestos, sauces and condiments.
