There are molds manufactured exclusively for frying eggs in the shape of a heart. They have a little handle that lets you cook the egg a little easier. This mold will also let you cut heart shapes out of bread, toast them in a toaster or in a oven with a grill function.
Add a little olive oil in a pan and once hot, crack the egg in the center of this mold and fry it, leaving the yolk still a little soft.
The egg will quickly fry without any trouble.
Then all you have to do is put on a plate the slice of bread, spread some mayonnaise, put the fried egg, a few droplets of chili pepper sauce, a little salt and pepper. Serve with valerian salad and cherry tomatoes.
