Pearl barley with sweet peppers and olives pesto

INGREDIENTS

(serving 4)

250 g of pearl barley

235 g of pesto with sweet peppers and olives

200 g of feta cheese

A few sprigs of aromatic herbs to your taste

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Pepper

PROCEDURE

Rinse the pearl barley and cook in boiling salted water for 30 minutes or as indicated on the package. Drain then cooked.

Mix in a bowl the pearl barley with the pesto with sweet peppers and olives, a bit of olive oil, a few leaves of fresh aromatic herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste.

 



DISH PREPARATION

Serve with crumbled feta.
