Ingredienti

  • 2 packets of pancarrè

  • 1 jar of pumpkin pesto

  • 100 g of finely sliced coppa or speck

  • 250 g of Crescenza cheese

  • Pepper

  • Charcoal powder

PROCEDURE

Cut each slice of pancarwith the pumpkin-shaped cookie cutters.

Spread the crescenza cheese, the pumpkin pesto, and lightly pepper on the half of the slices and finish with the slice of coppa or speck by your choice. Close the sandwiches with the remaining slices of pancarrè and leave them under the preheated grill until they remain golden.



DISH PREPARATION

Draw a Halloween pumpkin face on a piece of cardboard, cut with a cutter, eyes, nose and mouth. Place on a sandwich and dust with charcoal powder.
