INGREDIENTS

(for 2 people)

500 g prepared gnocchi
1 jar of pesto siciliano compagnia
4/6 cherry tomatoes
Lemon zest
Fresh basil
Salt

PROCEDURE

Cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water until they come to the surface and then drain.



DISH PREPARATION

Add the pesto Siciliano and mix the gnocchi and the pesto well together.

Then add some small, halved cherry tomatoes to your taste, some grated lemon zest and some small pieces of basil leaves.
