Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat and cook the burgers until they become crispy on the outside and lightly browned. Turn them only once, however the cooking time should be about 10 minutes.
Cut the buns in two, heat them lightly in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
Take the bottom of the bun, put a bit of rocket, the slice of tomato, the bean burger, bell pepper ketchup, the slice of cheese and sprouts. Serve immediately.
