Pesto alla Genovese, ideal seasoning for weaning

Pesto likes to everybody. Likes to the adults, of course, used in excellent dishes like the typical trofiethe Genovese vegetable soup or in the lasagne Portofino. Not all knows that Pesto without garlic is a high digestibility raw seasoning perfect for children, sauce who can accompanies them in weaning.

A great option is small pasta with Pesto alla Genovese: once is cooked the small pasta, add a spoon of Pesto and a little oil. You will see how your children will enjoy the meal! It can be prepared at once more than one dose of pasta, and freeze some to use it easily as needed.

Pesto can also be a great remedy to "hide" the taste of other vegetables. Green cream, orange or bread soups…the kids will learn to appreciate each flavour, thanks to the magic created by a pinch of this seasoning.

The basil, first ingredient of Pesto alla Genovese, in addition to a very pleasant aroma also has excellent healing properties: detoxification and cleansing, for your children can be helpful to fight with in a natural way colds, lack of appetite and insomnia.
